Current service
The public service currently consists of product information, localized legal pages, privacy settings, and a waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not create a customer account, purchase, subscription, license to a future product, or guarantee of an invitation or launch notification.
The separate app.asosignals.dev application is a restricted private-development dashboard. Current access is limited to server-verified Google identities on the exact emonster.com domain.
Eligibility and agreement
Use ASO Signals only if you are authorized to provide the email address or Google identity involved and may lawfully use the service.
Owner/legal review required: Approve binding acceptance language, minimum age, capacity to contract, and organizational-authority terms before treating these Terms as a final contract.
Permitted and prohibited use
- Use the public pages and waitlist only for their intended purposes.
- Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe for credentials or private routes, submit malicious code, overload or automate abusive requests, or impersonate another person.
- Do not use an email address, Google identity, or private-development access you are not authorized to use.
- Private-development access does not grant public or transferable product access.
Pre-release product boundary
The current foundation does not provide generally available ASO analytics, App Store Connect connections, keyword collection, recommendations, metadata changes, billing, checkout, subscription activation, refunds, or customer product-data management.
Product descriptions and protected previews describe intended direction and may change. They do not promise a feature, integration, price, launch date, commercial plan, uptime, support response, uninterrupted access, data accuracy, ranking outcome, download outcome, or continued availability.
Waitlist communications
ASO Signals may use the submitted email to administer the waitlist and provide launch or access updates requested when signing up. Registration does not guarantee that an update will be sent by a particular date or that access will be offered.
Google and Firebase
Google sign-in, Firebase Authentication, Firebase App Hosting, Cloud Functions, and Firestore are third-party services governed by their applicable terms and privacy practices. ASO Signals does not control their availability.
Owner/legal review required: Approve third-party disclaimer and allocation-of-responsibility language before treating it as final.
Intellectual property and feedback
ASO Signals names, software, designs, and site materials may be used only to interact with the service unless applicable law permits otherwise.
Owner/legal review required: Confirm the exact rights-owning entity, trademark position, permitted-use license, copyright language, and any feedback license.
Changes and restricted access
ASO Signals may change pre-release pages, decline abusive waitlist submissions, restrict private-development access, or discontinue pre-release functionality when needed for security, legal compliance, or development.
Owner/legal review required: Approve suspension, termination, notice, and modification mechanics before presenting them as binding contractual rights.
Disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and disputes
Owner/legal review required: No ASO Signals-specific warranty disclaimer, liability limitation or cap, indemnity, governing law, venue, arbitration process, or dispute procedure is approved in current source. These provisions require owner or qualified legal review.
Operator and contact
Owner/legal review required: Confirm the contracting entity, address, support/legal contact, effective date, notice process, and authoritative language. The current publisher label alone is not sufficient for a final contracting-party clause.
