Current service
The public service currently consists of product information, localized legal pages, privacy settings, and a waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not create a customer account, purchase, subscription, license to a future product, or guarantee of an invitation or launch notification.
The separate app.asosignals.dev application is a restricted private-development dashboard. Current access is limited to server-verified Google identities on the exact emonster.com domain.
Eligibility and agreement
Use ASO Signals only if you are authorized to provide the email address or Google identity involved and may lawfully use the service.
The waitlist requires acceptance of these Terms. That acceptance does not grant marketing permission, verify mailbox ownership, or authorize an Apple account connection.
Permitted and prohibited use
- Use the public pages and waitlist only for their intended purposes.
- Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe for credentials or private routes, submit malicious code, overload or automate abusive requests, or impersonate another person.
- Do not use an email address, Google identity, or private-development access you are not authorized to use.
- Private-development access does not grant public or transferable product access.
Pre-release product boundary
The current foundation does not provide generally available ASO analytics, App Store Connect connections, keyword collection, recommendations, metadata changes, billing, checkout, subscription activation, refunds, or customer product-data management.
Product descriptions and protected previews describe intended direction and may change. They do not promise a feature, integration, price, launch date, commercial plan, uptime, support response, uninterrupted access, data accuracy, ranking outcome, download outcome, or continued availability.
Planned pricing and capabilities
The public pricing section describes intended plans; it is not a checkout. Joining the waitlist incurs no subscription charge and does not start a trial. The product definition includes a seven-day trial for monthly subscriptions; trial access begins only when a subscription service is made available under its applicable terms.
Planned recommendations depend on supported sources and sufficiently complete evidence. Correlation does not establish causation, and rankings, impressions, downloads, or conversion improvements are not guaranteed. Public keyword intelligence does not establish exact organic keyword-to-download attribution. Planned publishing covers app names, subtitles, and keywords only, with validation, review, explicit approval, conflict checks, and verification. Other Apple product changes remain outside this workflow. ASO Signals will never submit or release an app.
Waitlist communications
ASO Signals may use the submitted email to administer the waitlist and provide launch or access updates requested when signing up. Registration does not guarantee that an update will be sent by a particular date or that access will be offered.
A signup requests one registration receipt and launch or access updates. ASO Signals product news and offers require a separate optional choice. Marketing unsubscribe leaves requested launch updates active; contact [email protected] to leave the waitlist or request removal. Information handling and rights are described in the Privacy Policy and GDPR page.
Third-party services
ASO Signals uses Google and Firebase for hosting, restricted authentication, backend services and bot assessment, IPinfo for approximate location lookup, and Resend for waitlist email delivery. Their availability and applicable terms are outside ASO Signals' control. Our Privacy Policy explains the information shared with them.
Intellectual property and feedback
ASO Signals names, software, designs, and site materials may be used only to interact with the service unless applicable law permits otherwise.
Account deletion
You may request deletion through your account settings after confirming your identity. Once confirmed, access to normal features stops, along with synchronization, background processing, reports, and analytics. Remaining data is frozen during a 30-day grace period, subject to the shorter retention periods and narrow exceptions in the Privacy Policy.
During that period, signing in provides only deletion status and controls to Reactivate Account or Delete Permanently Now. Signing in alone does not cancel deletion. Reactivation must occur before the displayed deadline. Permanent deletion requires a separate confirmation and recent identity verification, cannot be reversed once it begins, and may take time to complete across systems.
The current portal provides internal access without online checkout, automated paid subscriptions, or customer billing. Reactivation does not create a subscription or authorize a charge. Any separately agreed commercial terms, properly owed amounts, and applicable refund rights remain governed by those terms and applicable law.
Unless you reactivate before the deadline, permanent deletion begins after the 30-day grace period. We send a request confirmation and a final warning targeted for 24 hours before scheduled deletion. Delivery problems do not extend the deadline. We send no account-deletion completion email. The Privacy Policy describes live-data cleanup, limited security and legal retention, and residual backup expiry.
Changes and restricted access
ASO Signals may change pre-release pages, decline abusive waitlist submissions, restrict private-development access, or discontinue pre-release functionality when needed for security, legal compliance, or development.
